Infant

| At
the Kid’s Depot we place safety as our number one priority in
our infant program. Our caregivers are trained in infant CPR as well as early childhood development. We offer a safe, warm, loving environment for babies as young as six weeks old. Our program provides tools to stimulate your baby’s sense of discovery with safe, clean areas to explore; and lots of rocking chairs for gentle lullabies when your baby wants to sleep. We also know that young infants put everything in their mouths. To that end, we make sure all toys in the infant area are sanitized on a daily basis, and have no small or breakable parts that could be swallowed. We’re also ready for the day that your infant begins to crawl and explore a wider area of the classroom. All of the furniture in the infant room is firmly secured to prevent tipping and we have a large wide area that’s soft on young knees and hands. |

| The hallmark of a toddler
is endless energy. That’s why the toddler program at the Kid’s
Depot is designed to be full of surprises and activity. Your
child’s development will be enhanced with daily indoor and
outdoor activities such as painting, story-time, singing and dancing
and gymnastics. And with our KinderView internet viewing system,
you can watch your child at play anytime. |

| At
this important stage of a child’s life, the Kid’s Depot
strives to foster social skills and a joy of learning with fun activities
and group play. Each classroom is complete with everything
from books and computers to playdough, crayons, and paint. The daily
program also includes time for outdoor play, science, and
music. We provide everything a child needs to prepare for
kindergarten. |

A unique aspect of the Kid’s Depot is our “when you need it” drop-in childcare service. Hourly drop-in service is available when parents need flexible, spontaneous childcare. During any of our 5:30 am to 10 pm operating hours, we will accept your child ages 2 – 12 for a period of up to 12 hours. Activities available for children who drop-in include:Computer workstations with age appropriate software Book corner with a library of age appropriate books Physical play areas including basketball, and gymnastics Nintendo, XBOX, and Playstation centers with the latest games to play Breakfast, snack time, lunch, and dinner meal options Quiet area for children that want to take a nap Indoor and outdoor activity areas Movies/videos that children love most |
